Drinking plenty of water and staying hydrated throughout the day is extremely important for optimal health and that slim figure we all want. The recommended daily amount of water is about two liters, but I'd like to see 2 as a minimum and closer to 4 (about 1 gallon).

As much as we all know that drinking water is crucial for optimal health, we often forget all about it. Here are some tips that can help you remember to drink plenty of water every day:

Keep you fuller longer.
Get almost 1/4 of your intake in asap.
Get your body stated running at optimal speed right away.
